The continuation of MKultra gone underground at DUMB and Undersea bases did not get the opportunity to guard secrets against the value of human rights associated with their loved ones because of too many professionals turned back on profession and wrote too many books coupled with numerous talented hackers and bloggers caused the transparency of these crimes against humanity, observed by millions of people around the world in more than 250 nations. -Mark R.
