Another televised news (episode) coverage of MKULTRA ritual abuse and mind control brainwashing

Canadian News (CBC) covers criminal mind control practices (stemmed from an MKULTRA subproject) at the Allen Dulles Memorial Hospital in Montreal directed by Dr Ewen Cameron and ponerologically funded by the CIA, where the CIA was eventually sued and forced to make payment of $750,000 (split amongst three victims the CIA's MKULTRA programme) settling out of court is certainly not only direct proof of the existence of ritual abuse and mind control brainwashing, (in the post-World War 2 era) but is also an admission guilt given by those responsible for ritual abuse and mind control brainwashing particular to this MKULTRA subproject.
