B.F. Skinner was a physiologist and psychologist that made scientific discoveries on the human mind and Germany during the late 19th century. He used human test subjects that were alive and healthy. He claimed due to his scientific discoveries of the human mind, that the human mind could be controlled at the same level that scientists were controlling the grains of rats, mice, cats, and other various animals that were used in various physiological and psychological experiments during the late 19th century.
In B. F. Skinner’s famous word he announced to a large group of physicians, scientists, and psychologists, during the late 19th century – “God is dead, and we have killed Him.”
