They already had a start on the project, but there were some legal technicalities that had to be overcome in order for the project to proceed. Congress had already given the order to close it, and in the places where these experiments had been taking place, the Federal government kept a close eye on what was being done. Supposedly this group was affiliated with M.I.T, Brookhaven National Laboratories, RCA, and others that were under too close scrutiny of governmental watchdogs. Secrecy, and isolation was first and foremost in order for these experiments to be conducted without interruption. 

The military agreed on this matter; they were already quite familiar with the need for secrecy, and they agreed that the project could not continue at it's present locations. However, this group was in luck, the military had just what they were looking for. There was an old airforce radar station out on the eastern tip of Long Island that housed the Sage Radar system that this group required. It was situated just east of Montauk Point; about a quarter, to a half a mile from the lighthouse. The airforce base was going to be decommissioned mainly because the Sage equipment had been made osolete by satellite, and O.T.H (Over-The-Horizon) radar. At that point Montauk was still a very small, isolated, sleepy little town that was not yet the vacation spot which it has since become, so there was very little to fear from interference of either the government, or, local townspeople. This group agreed, and began moving their preexisting equipment onto the site, this was sometime in the late 1960's. 

By the very early 70's, this group had already began a series of in depth experiments on the human factor using the Sage equipment, and several Psychically Sensitive subjects in order to see just how far they could take this technology. What evolved from these tests was soon realized as experiments that were nothing less than mind control. In effect, they would sit a subject in a chair in a specified location, and then would focus the huge radar dish in that direction and begin blasting gigawatts of power at that person. By manipulating the amperage of the power used and the frequency of the waves, they were able to make people do the things that they wanted them to do. This stage was of course not reached until nearly 5-10 years of experimentation. The Psychically Sensitive subjects were supposedly trained to be able to focus their minds to a state of awareness far surpassing that of ordinary people, in fact, they were extensively trained to such a degree, that some of them were able to focus their awareness on ideas, or objects and be able to fully realize them in their physical existence. One of these subjects; who is also believed to be deeply involved with the project was a man by the name of Duncan Cameron. 

Duncan, was one of the psychics whose mental ability exceeded that of his collegues. He was supposedly able to visualize an object, or place to it's complete entirety, that if you were to have the object in your hand, or, be at that place, there would be absolutely no discernible difference. 

During these experiments in which Duncan would focus on a place, person, or object, the subject of his focus would actually physically appear somewhere on the base. There was something that was even more interesting in this though. During the time that Duncan was in the chair, and focusing on something, that object, person, or place would in fact appear, but it would appear at a time after he had already focused on it. It was soon realized, that the equipment that was being used for mind manipulation was also able to manipulate Time. Time itself was just as subject to being bent as were the minds that were the primary focus of these experiments. 

Supposedly, the scientists involved became very excited at this discovery, and a new group of people were brought in to specialize in the study of Time. With the aid of the Time Techs, a workable porthole was constructed using the electrical power of the radar system, and the mental ability of the subjects, wherein a subject would focus on a particular point in time and with the power of the radar equipment, a wormhole would manifest somewhere on the base. It has been reported that after these initial experiments got underway, a huge underground facility was set up that spanned from the base itself, into the downtown district of Montauk. This underground is supposed to have had many levels, each becomming more vast and intricate than the previous one. 

Once the time tunnel became a stabilized, predictable unit, various people were sent both backward, and forward through time. It has also been said that there was extensive extraterrestrial involvement in the Montauk Project which stemmed from a ship being sucked into the time tunnel, and appearing out at Montauk, presumably in the underground. Apparently, there had been some exchanges in technology between the aliens, and the group out at Montauk, thereby enabling them to continually upgrade the system. 

There was also another aspect of the Montauk Project which was directly tied into the initial mind control project, and that was the reconditioning of the minds of young boys. These boys were usually abducted and brought out to the base where they underwent excrutiating periods of both physical, and mental torture in order to break their minds. Once the mind had been broken, the group involved with this area set about the task of restructuring it to suit their needs. Many of these boys then became sucked into the project by becomming active willing participants themselves. Supposedly, when these boys were abducted, they were taken into the eastern bunker where they were beaten to a point of near death. Some of them had their minds broken by the use of various awareness altering drugs-much like the BZ experiments used on U.S. soldiers in Vietnam, and, it has been theorized that those experiments were in some way related to these. 

Apparently, according to the story, the entire project reached it's pinnacle when on August 12 , 1983, the time travel project at Montauk interlocked in hyperspace with the original Rainbow Project. The two projects had then suddenly become interdependant on one another wherein, it was no longer possible to terminate the project from either Camp Hero, or the USS Elderidge. 

It was during this point that a splinter group of the people responsible had formed an alliance intended to deliberatly crash the project. A subliminal commmand was introduced into the psychic subject; Duncan, and when enacted, he would visualize a bigfoot creature from his subconscious. While the two projects had become entangled, the technicians involved realized that in order to seperate them, the original Rainbow Project had to be terminated from it's source on the Elderidge. Once that was done the project could then be shut down from the Montauk end. 

While they were busy simultaniously trying to terminate the project from both ends, the subliminal command was enacted, and Duncan's bigfoot came to life. It apparently appeared somewhere on the base and began a rampage of destruction. However it only existed as long as the project was still running. Once both projects were shut down, the Elderidge returned to the Philadelphia Naval Yard, the bigfoot creature vanished, and the time tunnel collapsed. 

After this fiasco, the management of Montauk decided that the project had simply become too unstable to continue, so most of the personel were debriefed, mainly by brainwashing, others by oaths of silence, the base was closed, and the project was abandoned.

However, staying on the topic of a moon base for the moment it's recently been reported in April of this year that plans are in the works by China and Europe to "build" a joint lunar command for future space endeavors. Meanwhile, President Donald Trump in the U.S. is eyeing "doing the same thing" according to The Atlantic. He also just signed an executive focused on reviving the NSC or National Space Council which has been dormant since it was disbanded in 1993 during the Clinton administration. The NSC helps the president follow through with his goals he has set up for space which may include disclosure of the military Secret Space Program which is primarily run by the other NSC or the Naval Space Command. (See the bottom video for the only known reference this organization shows up in during the opening credits of an official NASA video on orbital mechanics.) The next puzzle piece for establishing evidence of a Secret Space Program is the proposal of the MOL (Manned Orbiting Laboratory) during the cold war which would serve as a base in space.

The MOL ran from December 1963 until its alleged cancellation in June 1969. Its mission was to use an elite corps of secret U.S. astronauts to gather intelligence on the Soviets during the Cold War. This historical fact proves that secret astronauts existed and may exist today. Although, the SSP is primarily operated under the Naval branch of the Military the U.S. Air Force also has a space division which they are now making public through stating they are just now creating it. In actuality the U.S. Air Force has had a space command for several years now. In the late 1950's, the USAF spent billions on the Dyna-Soar, an advanced, reusable space plane. They then quietly announced its cancellation in 1963. Today the U.S. Air Force has another plane that has been documented to have been in space four times the X-37B. However, the X-37B is an unmanned craft and its mission purpose is classified and unknown. It's also alleged that the X-37B operation is ran from the Air Force Rapid Capabilities Office and not the U.S. Air Force Space Command.

In 1989, the New York Times reported the Air Force had shut down another planned manned space program, with a staff of 32 astronauts and a space shuttle launching facility in Colorado. It's important to note that modern space shuttles only carry 8 passengers maximum so 32 would be an accomplishment Indeed. The space facility and project costed an estimate of at least $5 billion dollars so why would they shut it down?

Another puzzle piece to this whole jigsaw that is the SSP is that President Ronald Reagan in June, 11th 1985 wrote in his diary that he had been told about a "space shuttle that carries 300 men" when having lunch with five of the top scientist at the time.

Interestingly enough, this was just four years before the New York Times reported that the Air Force's space program had been cancelled by the Pentagon. Further, President Ronald Reagan was the president to authorize the "Starwars Project" which like many other previous space related operations was allegedly a "failure" and it too was scrapped. So re-reading Reagan's diary stating we have the "capability to orbit 300 men" your jaw should hit the floor. Now how could any of this be covered up? The simple answer to every problem to shut people up - murder or you threaten them with murder. In the 1980's there was a problem that plagued all the European scientist engaged in top-secret military and defense projects that worked on the American Starwars Project or SDI (Strategic Defense Initiative). They all began having mysterious accidents as 20/20 documents below. The SDI was allegedly a project to setup satellites with lasers that could destroy any ballistic missiles which threatened the U.S. So why were these European scientist all killed unless there was more to SDI than meets the eye or was there another project? The answer may come from the next administration the George H.W. Bush administration which Bush at the time in 1989 vowed to continue the Starwars Project before shortly ending it 2 years into his presidency bowing to Dick Cheney and the Military Industrial Complex.

The other project may be known as Solar Warden which is alleged to have been started around the same time frame as the Star Wars Defense Initiative or Star Wars Project by the Naval Space Command now known as U.S. Naval Network and Space Operations Command (NNSOC.) So was Reagan talking about Solar Warden when he stated a "space shuttle that carries 300 men?" Remember it was alleged that the Pentagon shutdown a military space program in 1989 was this Solar Warden or is it just a hint that Solar Warden existed/exist as whistleblowers such as Corey Goode, William Tompkins, Captain Randy A. Cramer, Captain Mark Richards and several others have claimed. We will explore these whistle-blowers "claims" at a different time as it would take up the rest of the article to break down. Which some either seem like MKUltra false memory victims, pathological liars or cointelpro to confuse and discredit the existence of an SSP.

Solar Warden is said to be made up from U.S. Aerospace Black Projects contractors, but with some contributions of parts and systems by Canada. United Kingdom, Italy, Austria, Russia, and Australia. In 2010 whilst conducting an FOI (freedom of information) request with the DoD (department of defense) a researcher Darren Perks had a very unexpected response by email he alleged which read:

“About an hour ago I spoke to a NASA rep who confirmed this was their program and that it was terminated by the President. He also informed me that it was not a joint program with the DoD. The NASA rep informed me that you should be directed to the Johnson Space Center FOIA Manager. I have ran your request through one of our space-related directorates and I’m waiting on one other division with the Command to respond back to me. I will contact you once I have a response from the other division. Did NASA refer you to us?”

In the late 1990's another whistleblower came on the scene by the name of Edgar Fouche. Fouche a former contractor with the Department of Defense began leaking information pertaining to the existence of a U.S. Air Force triangular shaped craft known as the TR3-B or the Aurora project. He alleged the aerial vehicle an advanced version of the SR-71 had been developed in secret by the N.S.A. and U.S. Air Force and had been flying since at least the 1980's. “The Aurora comprises the SR-75 capable of speeds above Mach 5, and acts as a mother ship for the SR-74 that can travel at speeds of Mach 18 or more into space to deliver satellites.”

Here's some fun facts about the TR3-B: At least 3 of the billion dollar plus TR-3Bs were flying by 1994. The craft can travel at up to Mach 9 in any direction (due to reduced G-forces). At times a corona of silver blue light glowed around the circumference of the massive TR-3B. The TR-3B's outer coating is reactive and changes with radar stimulation and can change reflectiveness, radar absorptivity, and colour. Quasi-Crystals are used in the vehicle’s skin. Part of the propulsion as being by Magnetic Field Disruption (MFD), which has been reverse engineered. Mercury based Plasma, pressurized at 250,000 atmospheres & at a temperature of 150K (-123C) is rotated at 50,000 rpm. (MFD research had started as early as 1955.) This reduces the weight of the center of the craft by 89%. This increases maneuverability by 89% as well. TR-3B uses Nuclear Thermal Hydrogen / Oxygen Engines for maneuvering

Is Edgar Fouche credible? Yes, there are dozens of documents of his awards he is indeed who he claims to be a technician who worked within DARC (Defense Advanced Research Center) who was stationed at Nellis Air Force base and Groom Air Force base. A few of those documents are below. It's worthy to note that on February this year a UFO researcher filmed unknown craft flying out of Nellis Air Force base on a daily basis. “I was stationed at Nellis from 76-79. In the summer of 79 I worked at Groom AB and DARC (Defense Advanced Research Center). This is right before assignment to Kadena AFB, Okinawa Japan," Fouche said.

Is all this technology feasible and possible that Fouche describes or is there a known equivalent today?

Yes, Richard Hall a UFO/SSP researcher explains how the technology likely works citing scientific sources within his video. Next, let’s talk about the possibility to generate a magnetic field as Fouche says in the video above for the use of propulsion. Is this plausible? A scientific paper titled, “generating a magnetic field by a rotating plasma”proves that this is indeed possible.

What about the anti-gravity technology? A former senior scientist at Lockheed Martin Boyd Bushman revealed this technology is very real and how it seemingly works using magnetism confirming what Richard Hall and a scientific research paper believe. Bushman also acknowledged that he had worked on this type of technology at Lockheed and Skunkworks two common Aerospace companies where these projects are alleged to go on. But these aren't the only companies and there are dozens of others just google "military contractor aerospace companies" for more examples.

In 2001, a hacker named Gary McKinnon used a remote access program to gain access to several government computers, including - NASA and U.S. Navy computers potentially confirming Solar Warden. His original purpose for hacking U.S. computers was to uncover hidden data regarding the existence of free energy, or “zero-point” devices, he told Wired in a 2006 interview. Instead McKinnon allegedly discovered an excel spreadsheet with a list of names and a heading of “non-terrestrial officers,” he told Wired. Another document was listed as “fleet-to-fleet” transfers, according to a 2006 Project Camelot interview.

He was unable to cross reference any of the names with existing U.S. Navy ships and believes these were off-world or “Space Marine,” officers and craft. "He allegedly uncovered an excel spreadsheet with a list of names and a heading of “non-terrestrial officers.”

“If you look at DARPA (Defence Advanced Research and Projects Agency) literature at the moment and in the last few years it’s all about ‘space dominance,’ that is the final frontier,” McKinnon told Project Camelot. “So, I think it’s natural for them to want to control space and be developing a space-going force in secret, but I think most likely using technology reverse-engineered from E.T. (extraterrestrials.)”

McKinnon told Wired he was in the process of viewing a UFO image on a NASA computer in Building 8 of the Johnson Space Center remotely when he was discovered. In March 2002, authorities raided his residence severe hacking charges were brought against him and he was facing about 70 years in prison and $2 million in fines. After ten years of fighting extradition the plea to extradite McKinnon was finally dropped.

Interestingly enough NASA contracted employees Donna Hare and Dr. Ken Johnston Sr. both allege that NASA doctored images and removed UFOs from photographs of the moon and space were these ours or ETs? NASA is not a public civilian space agency its ran and operated by the DoD (Department of Defense). This is stated both by a whistleblower who was a NASA engineer Clark McClellan and the agencies own history. Some of the very first moon operations Project Moon Dust and Clementine were taken over by the Department of Defense and CLASSIFIED.

If all this isn't enough, George Bush jr's forgotten speech in 2001 where he mentions forming a Space Force, creating a new spacecraft, establishing a base on the moon and a "space bomber" should solidify that a SSP is probably operating today.

Finally, a 2014 congressional testimony about DoD space programs by former Deputy Assistant Secretary Of Defense Douglas L. Loverro is the nail in the coffin that puts rumors to bed that the DoD is involved in a SSP and highly interested in space. So what would be the reason behind hiding all this advanced technology and capabilities from the public besides secrecy? The reasoning is the oil and electric industry would cease to exist it's all about the mighty petrodollar. Not only would space mining programs, space weapons and intergalactic space travel being disclosed warp the public's minds but it would shift how things operate on Earth. Greed would cease to exist seemingly overnight if this technology was ever allowed to see the light of day. At least 5,000 patents are suppressed since 2013 and the U.S. government has an active patent intercept program shutting down the creation of many more inventors and inventions. So if all this is going to be disclosed the way to do it is not to flood the public with questions and technology but to do it slowly.

It's also forbidden under the United Nations’ Outer Space Treaty established in 1967, for any nation to weaponize space. So the people involved in these programs internationally are violating international law every single day. Additionally, the “Space Preservation Treaty” in 2005, states that countries won’t seek to weaponize space. However, Obama recently violated this agreement under the 2017 NDAA Act, and no one noticed the legislation he signed is essentially the Star Wars Defense Initiative II that his predecessor, Ronald Reagan, signed calling for a space-based missile system.

However, these technological innovations some of which is Nikola Tesla technology is coming out through people like Elon Musk ironically of Tesla Motors. Disclosure has started at least at the very low level leaking of this technology which I will get into in a future article. For now the only key importance for this article is the leak of a working warp drive last November like something out of the Star Trek franchise. Which validates the capability to travel at warp speeds in space. So if clear world scientist just found this out, why wouldn't black project scientist paid under non-disclosure agreements? Point being the science is there and it works it's not science fiction as once thought and this one piece of technology rewrites physics.

The Chinese tested the leaked EM-drive patent and manufactured the device, so the technology is indeed operational and NASA has confirmed too that it works. Is there any evidence that there is any advanced weaponry in space?

Yes, in Wikileaks John Podesta email release Podesta is warned the "war in the space race is heating up" by former Apollo astronaut and the sixth man to walk on the moon Edgar D. Mitchell. Mitchell also sends Podesta a revised new space weapons treaty to ban the use of weapons in outer space. Then there is the infamous "Rod Of God" weapon which uses directed energy kinetic rods to cause destructive impacts to the target on the Earth like that of a meteor hitting the surface. There is also the Space Based Laser (SBL) all of these weapons and more are under the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR.)

Like many of these projects the Rod Of God weapon was proposed in the 1950's by the Rand Corporation prior to Reagan's SDI (Star Wars Project.) Rand played with the idea of placing rods on the tips of ICBMs. The “U.S. Air Force Transformation Flight Plan,” published by the Air Force in November 2003, references “hypervelocity rod bundles” in its outline of future space-based weapons, and in 2002, another report from RAND, “Space Weapons, Earth Wars,” talks about the effectiveness of such a weapon.

Just last year, a U.S. Air Force commander proclaimed that space weapons should be used against ISIS. “If we want to be more agile than the reality is, we are going to have to push decision authority down to some lower levels in certain areas the big question that we’ve got to wrestle with … is the authorities to operate in cyber and space,” General David Goldfein, the Air Force chief of staff, told USA TODAY. Could the government keep such a massive secret hiding a Secret Space Program?

The National Security Agency (NSA) was founded in 1952, its existence was hidden until the mid 1960’s. Even more secretive is the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), which was founded in 1960 but remained completely secret for 30 years. Then there was the Manhattan project or the atomic weapons test which was kept secret through compartmentalization despite at least 1500 leaks. In other words, the project was broken into many isolated sub-projects exactly as is detailed above with the SSP. Most of the people managing sub-projects knew nothing about the other sub-projects. They would report to a superior, who would provide the information they needed and nothing more. Vice President Harry Truman didn't even know the Manhattan Project existed.

The U.S. government can keep things in the dark anymore, as they once did for many years with no threat of public disclosure associated with project documentation, as this reality was only short lived, but for the emergence of whistle-blowers while bloggers and hackers continue make important issues transparent pertaining to abuses of power, violations to human rights, broken violations of scientific/medical ethics, and violations of the U.S. Constitution.
