What do I think about whether or not it is ok to put someone in a mind controlled "psychotronic prison" (without their consent) in exchange for gained counterintelligence information populated from victim?

I think that it is completely wrong, since one would not want these measures manifested on their self, or their loved ones. What do you think about the value for the ethics of this topic, such as the crimes that took place during the "Montauk Project's" "Boys Bunker" from 1970 until 1983 in Long Island, NY at the Montauk AFS, where several whistle-blowers have already come forward at wrote several books that contain files from project documentation, also to include video filmed by Japanese film crew featured Duncan Cameron and Alfred Bielek, and a former remote viewer intelligence employee, (of the CIA) Helga Morrow - where Duncan Cameron broke down and began to cry stating the words, "I'm sorry! I'm sorry! I'm sorry! - while these two were in the middle of a conversation about the description of the treatment of abducted boys being processed on long extended shelves and stored in cages, (all lying naked) waiting to have their minds striped from them, and then re-programmed in the "programming room" inside the underground bunker. Al Bielek makes a comment in this video is: "the bunker had to be cooled with air conditioning not only in the summer, but also during the winter, referencing that fact that there was an extremely enormous quantity of abducted boys that came through this installation to have their mind re-programmed. The information that I provided you with is verified in video shown below.

Was Europe really that cocky?

Why is it that the leaders and law makers of the United States, Great Britain, Germany, and other European nations insisted on the keeping the same establishment from before that separated people based on race, creed of religion, behavioral characteristics, I.Q., class, and gender (just before and just after the turn of the nineteenth century). The colonials and the African of Orange defeated the last of the British soldiers during the Jameson Raids (very near modern day Johannesburg, South Africa) in 1889. Did the British Empire not catch on quick enough and realize the obvious fact that the College of Manchester had another agenda for Great Britain, or did the speakers of Parliament and the House of Commons only get a clue after their murderous, and shady little empire was completely lost in 1921, when Britain was told to leave the entire continent of Africa for the last and final time?
