"Let's send him to Dominion Psychiatric Hospital, have him drugged up, receive a mental diagnoses that will prevent Mark from ever coming close to having the ability to have a happy, prosperous, and successful life." "In the meantime, after Mark is discharged from Dominion Psychiatric Hospital, let's abandon him at the age of 16, and isolate him from his friends, his accomplishments at McLean High School, (such as the symphonic and concert music bands, starting J.V. football wide receiver, J.V. baseball starting centerfielder, and district competitor in McLean High School's winter track program at McLean High School) and not to mention that he played the snare drum at the Florida Festival the year before in 1992, and of which our band at Mclean High School won first place, competing against placed high school bands from all around the nation of the U.S.A." "Let's place Mark in his (first) group home for adolescents for the remainder of his 10th grade year, and for all of his 11th grade year, and after that, place him in a psychiatric residential institution for adolescents for his entire 12th grade year." "He will receive 3 hours of high school classroom instruction per weekday while at these three psychiatric institutions for adolescents that will not prepare Mark for success at university, of for that matter, at any junior college or community college." "When Mark graduates from this psychiatric residential institution, (namely Graydon Manor in Leesburg, VA) we will then send him to another group home in Mount Vernon, VA outside of Alexandria, VA, that accepts young male adults, for a time period of one year." "Lastly when that year has expired, we will then send him to a transitional living apartment program in the heart of Reston, VA (this event occurred in 1997). I was 20 year old. THE MENTAL HEALTH SYSTEM ROBBED ME OF HAVING ANY REMOTE POSSIBILITY FOR ACHEIVING SOME LEVEL OF SUCCESS AT THE YOUNG AND INNOCENT AGE OF 16. I WAS INSTITUTIONALIZED, DRUGGED, AND ISOLATED BY MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS AT THE AGE OF 16. ARE THESE EVENTS THAT OCCURRED IN MY CHILDHOOD JUST, AND DO THEY OBEY RIGHT MEDICAL ETHICS? FROM MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCES AS A VICTIM OF THE MENTAL HEALTH SYSTEM THAT ROBBED ME OF HAVING THE OPPORTUNITY TO OBTAIN A SUCCESSFUL LIFE AT 16, WE CAN SEE THAT THIS IS AN EXAMPLE OF THE MANIFESTATION OF BEHAVIORAL CONTROL WITH A DIRECT RELATION TO THE EVENTUAL CREATION OF THE DUMBING DOWN OF AMERICANS THAT WILL INEVITABLY LEAD TO WORLD GOVERNMENT, WORLD RELIGION, WORLD CURRENCY, AND A WORLD MILITARY WITH THE HOPE OF CONTINUAL WORLD PEACE, SINCE MOST OF AMERICAN SOCIETY IS (AND WILL BE) DRUGGED UP WITH PSYCHIATRIC MEDICATION THAT WILL CAUSE THE MAJORITY OF THE MASSES TO HAVE SUBMISSIVE ATTITUDES TOWARDS THE IDEA OF WORLD GOVERNMENT WITHOUT GIVING ANY RESISTENCE TO THE CREATION OF A WORLD GOVERNMNET.
